ACCESS AND INCLUSION
Skagit County Superior Court is dedicated to providing a welcoming space for all members of the community where they will be treated with dignity while having access to justice.
This page provides information to some of the many resources available within the courthouse to further this goal.
Name and Pronoun Notification
This optional form may be used to notify the court of a participant’s chosen name, pronouns, and other identifiers to be properly addressed when appearing for court.
Interpreter Access
Any participant who requires the services of the interpreter has the right to an interpreter free of charge. The form for submitting an interpreter request is below, as is the court’s Language Access Plan.

Courthouse facilitators are available to assist people with family law and guardianship paperwork.
The Skagit County Law Library is a free resource. It is open to the public and to attorneys.
