Skagit County District Court

Court business continues to be conducted electronically and over the phone. A drop box is available in the District Court lobby Monday through Friday 8:30 to 4:30 for those who need to drop something off in person. Most hearings are now being held in person.  All courtrooms are open to litigants and to the public.  Hearings continue to be recorded and streamed live.

The District Court Clerk’s Office is open with a maximum capacity of two persons for those who have a need to conduct their business in person. The hours of the District Court Clerk’s Office are from 8:30 to 12:00 and 1:00 to 4:30.

Bankcard payments may be made through nCourt, a payment-processing center.
