Effective January 1, 2024, the Skagit County Auditor’s office will adjust its recording fees schedule as a result of a surcharge by the Legislature in this year’s special session.
*HB 1474 new surcharge for Covenant Homeownership Program $100.00
The new fee will be required for all applicable transactions. See new fee schedule for changes.
