Skagit County District Court
The office of the Skagit County District Court has been closed to the public as of March 18, 2020.
As part of a gradual re-opening, some court hearings are being held virtually using video and phone. Please click on the Video Hearings link for information on how to access these virtual hearings. Most hearings are being set out to July 2020 and after. Please contact your attorney or the District Court Clerk’s Office to find out whether your hearing will be continued or held virtually.
Court business continues to be handled over the phone and by e-mail. Documents and other correspondence may be filed by e-mail or by using the drop box located just outside our office. The lobby of the Larry Moller Public Safety Building is open from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
