ASSAULT 4 W/SEXUAL MOTIVE-3/9/06 conviction. Victim was a 14 year old female who was known to him. He was 25 at the time. FAIL TO REGISTER-3/9/06 CHILD MOLESTATION 3RD-1999. While on probation he offended again against a 13 year old female. Lynch was 19 at the time. RAPE of a CHILD 1ST-1997. His victims was a 9 year old female he was babysitting. He was 16 at the time. FREQUENTLY STAYS IN THE DOWNTOWN MV AREA.
