SKAGIT COUNTY ENCOURAGES CONTRACTORS TO JOIN ROSTER FOR SMALL PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS

SKAGIT COUNTY - The Skagit County Board of County Commissioners has elected to join the Municipal Research and Service Center of Washington Rosters (MRSC’s Rosters) effective December 17, 2007. Small public works projects in the amount of $200,000 or less can be bid using this small works roster. In the past, the City of Lynnwood has provided this service to agencies throughout Washington State. Due to the increasing demand, MRSC will assume responsibility for the Rosters on December 17, 2007.

All local contractors are encouraged to join the MRSC Rosters beginning December 1, 2007. Information on joining may be obtained from http://www.mrscrosters.org.
