Skagit County Parks and Recreation Invites Community to Preview Centennial Trail Phase One Design

Skagit County Parks and Recreation is pleased to invite the Clear Lake community and residents throughout Skagit County to an open house at Clear Lake Historical Association Hall to unveil the preliminary design for phase one of the Centennial Trail extension.

Phase one of the project will create a new multi-use trail connection linking Clear Lake Beach Park to the Slavic Gospel Church —an important step in expanding regional trail access, enhancing recreation opportunities, and improving community connectivity.

Community members are encouraged to attend, view the initial design concepts, ask questions, share feedback, and engage directly with the project team.

Open House Details

Date: Thursday, November 20, 2025
Time: Drop in anytime between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
Location: Clear Lake Historical Association Hall (12655 SR-9, Clear Lake WA 98235)

Skagit County Parks and Recreation staff, along with the project consulting team, will be available throughout the open house to present the draft concept, gather input, and discuss next steps. This event marks a significant opportunity for residents to help shape the future of the Centennial Trail extension.
