Applicants sought for Central Valley Ambulance Authority Board

Skagit County is currently accepting letters of interest from local residents who would like to serve as Citizen At Large on the Central Valley Ambulance Authority Board. The Citizen At Large position serves a three-year term, and the current Citizen At Large position ends Dec. 31, 2016.

Letters of interest should detail prior work history, community involvement, reason for wanting to serve, and all other information that demonstrates the applicant’s qualifications for serving on the Central Valley Ambulance Authority Board. The CVAA is responsible for providing emergency medical services in the Central Valley service area.

Qualified applicants will be interviewed by the CVAA Board, the CVAA Director and the County EMS Director. The top three candidates will be forwarded to the Skagit County Board of Commissioners for review and appointment.
