Looking for a sizeable facility with retail frontage? Skagit County has just the building for you: It’s selling a surplus facility at 1101 E College Way for $930,000. Sealed bids will be accepted until 4 p.m. Friday, Dec. 2, by the Skagit County Treasurer, 700 S 2nd St., Room 205, Mount Vernon.

The Board of Skagit County Commissioners authorized the sale of the facility through the sealed bid process during a public hearing Tuesday, Oct. 25.

The Skagit County Treasurer will review bids and announce the winning bidder at 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 5, at the Board of County Commissioners’ Hearing Room, 1800 Continental Place, Mount Vernon.
