Community resources available for those affected by Cascade Mall shooting
The following Community Behavioral Health Agencies will offer FREE short-term counseling for individuals affected by the Cascade Mall shooting. Services are free to the Skagit County Community and can be accessed by contacting the agencies directly.

Those looking for additional resources can contact the Crisis Prevention and Intervention Team, a community based outreach team with the ability to respond to and provide services in the community. Anyone who is physically located in Skagit County and is experiencing a behavioral health crisis, or who is in a deteriorating pre-crisis situation and needs intervention to prevent a behavioral health crisis, is eligible for services.
