Community resources available for those affected by Cascade Mall shooting
The following Community Behavioral Health Agencies will offer FREE short-term counseling for individuals affected by the Cascade Mall shooting.  Services are free to the Skagit County Community and can be accessed by contacting the agencies directly.

  • Sunrise Services (Adults) 360-399-7400

Those looking for additional resources can contact the Crisis Prevention and Intervention Team, a community based outreach team with the ability to respond to and provide services in the community.  Anyone who is physically located in Skagit County and is experiencing a behavioral health crisis, or who is in a deteriorating pre-crisis situation and needs intervention to prevent a behavioral health crisis, is eligible for services.  Contact the Crisis Prevention and Intervention Team at  360-419-3640 or contact the Volunteers of America Crisis Line at 1-800-584-3578.
