Skagit County engineer elected as Western District Representative for State Association of County Engineers

Paul Randall-Grutter was recently elected Western District Representative for the Washington State Association of County Engineers (WASCE). Randall-Grutter will serve on the WASCE board and represent the 19 counties west of the Cascade mountains.

As Western District Representative, Randall-Grutter is responsible for mentoring new members, and participating in research and networking on behalf of WSACE. He was elected by members of the WSACE at the July 21 Executive Board meeting and will serve a two-year term.

WSACE was founded in 1906 to enhance leadership effectiveness by providing professional development opportunities, promoting networking and relationship development, and advocating for quality stewardship of infrastructure and the environment throughout the state.
