Skagit County earns Digital Counties honors in annual survey
Skagit County was honored with a national Digital Counties award from the Center for Digital Government and the National Association of Counties.
Skagit County took 8th place in the under-150,000 population category. The annual Digital Counties Survey identifies best technology practices nationwide, including initiatives that save money, create efficiencies, boost transparency, improve cybersecurity or support innovation. Skagit County has earned top-10 honors for its innovative technology work six times since 2003.
