LOGUE HIRED AS SKAGIT COUNTY BUDGET/FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR

SKAGIT COUNTY – Trisha Logue has been hired as Skagit County’s Budget/Finance Administrator. Previously, Logue served as Controller for Skagit County Public Works Department where she oversaw accounting functions for 22 funds with a combined budget of $28 million annually. Logue has been with Skagit County for more than eight years, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Western Washington University. Recently, she passed the Washington State Uniform Certified Accountant Exam.

Logue will be responsible for preparation and management of the overall budget for Skagit County, including planning, researching and implementing county-wide policies and programs relating to the budget. She will report to Skagit County Administrator Gary Rowe.

“Logue has an excellent record of success and experience with Skagit County, and the professional expertise we’re looking for,” said Rowe.

She will also work with the County Auditor’s staff in the annual budget call submitted from County departments.

Logue and her husband, Aaron, have two sons and a daughter. They reside in Mount Vernon.
