February 19, 2026 Skagit County Superior Court Announces Appointment of New Superior Court Commissioner
Skagit County Superior Court is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Kaiman as Superior Court Commissioner. Mark has been a practicing attorney for nearly 25 years and has served as the Judge of the Ferndale Municipal Court since 2019. Throughout his legal career, he has practiced in a broad range of areas, including family law; civil matters such as protection order hearings, general litigation, and unlawful detainer actions; juvenile court matters; and criminal matters. Mark is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law and Washington State University. A swearing-in ceremony is scheduled for Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 4:00 PM in Courtroom Two at the Skagit County Courthouse. |
