SKAGIT COUNTY – An update on the Skagit Shoreline Master Plan is scheduled for the Skagit County Marine Resources Committee monthly meeting, scheduled for February 12, 2004, from 9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. at the Mount Vernon Senior Center at 1401 Cleveland Street. The public is invited to attend.
