Master Gardeners in partnership with WSU - Mount Vernon NWREC present a WSU
Know & Grow workshop, Preserving the Bounty of Your Garden, on Tuesday,
August 17, 1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. at WSU Mount Vernon NWREC Sakuma Auditorium,
16650 State Route 536 (Memorial Highway). Learn food preservation techniques
with Vivian Smallwood, WSU Extension Master Food Preserver, along with Master
Gardener Cindee Juel. Vivian will teach about both water bath and pressure canning,
as well as touch on food dehydration, and root cellar storage. Come and learn
