We host a Variety of Rental Events Every Year, utilizing our one of a kind facility...
Two buildings for the price of one!
Buildings A & B are rented together as “one” building.
2100 sq ft; Capacity – standing 250, seated 120; 7’x 7’ freight door; 30’x 70’ hall. Can accommodate thirteen 10’ x 10’ vendor spaces. Heat is available. Double kitchens!
2880 sq ft; Capacity – standing 400, seated 190. Adjoins Building A; 8’x 7’ freight door; 36’ x 80’ hall. Can accommodate eleven 10’ x 10’ vendor spaces.
Houses the 4-H Dogs at the Fair
Building C: 4800 sq ft; Capacity – standing 685, seated 320. 12’ x 10’ freight door; 60’ x 80’ hall. Can accommodate twenty-eight 10’ x 10’ vendor spaces.
Houses a variety of open class exhibits (flowers, photos, canning, grange, trains & more) at the Fair
Building D: 8400 sq ft; Capacity - standing 1,200, seats 560.
Houses the Sheep During the Fair, and is utilized for many other events including the Master Gardener Plant Fair.
Building F: 5400 sq ft; Capacity – standing 770, seats 360.
Houses the Pigs During the Fair
Building G: 2700 sq ft; Capacity- Standing 390, seated 170. 8’ x 7’ freight door; 30’ x 90’ hall. Can accommodate seventeen 10’ x 10’ vendor spaces.

6000 sq ft. Capacity – 600 seated in grandstands. Actual floor space in main Pavilion area (without grandstand area) is 39’ x 98’ = 3822 sq ft.
Used as the parking area for large-scale events, also great for large group campouts, dog shows, drive in movies and more!

General Guidelines and Information
We do not accept single day (in a year), individual building rentals. If you are looking for a small one day event (birthday party, etc.) please check out the Skagit County Reception Facility Guide, there are plenty of facilities in the county that specialize in these smaller rentals!
We are open to having to have smaller rentals if booked for multiple dates in a year. Package pricing available.
Typically what we look for are reoccurring annual events with contract amounts of $1,000+ per year, these seem to fit our facility and staffing plan best.
Great offseason monthly building rental rates available (Oct-Mid March)
We do have a packet of set rates available upon request. We’ve found that in the past, when we published this, potential renters have a tendency to try and calculate what their event will cost before talking to us, and there are just a lot of factors to that. How much parking space is needed? How much staff time? Do you need tables and chairs? We’d be happy to work through all these details and work up a quote for you.
