November 2021 Flood Damage No-Cost Permitting

Due to the November 2021 flood, we understand that one or more of your buildings may have suffered damage or required repairs.

Skagit County has waived the fees for these emergency flood permits.

Skagit County is required to document the cost of repairs to your home, garage, or other outbuildings. To do this, we ask that you submit this information by September 31, 2022 to obtain a free flood permit.

To take advantage of this no-cost-to-you flood permit, you may submit the requested information in one of the following ways:
