FUEL
The Equipment Division is responsible for managing our fuel through a card lock system at Pacific Pride. The county started this card lock system with Pacific Pride in October 2020. The card lock system is monitored closely and reconciled monthly to ensure proper usage.
The Equipment Division still maintains the storage tanks at the old county fuel stations and is required to hold a valid license for the under-ground storage tanks at these three locations:
Road Maintenance Facility, Burlington
Sheriff’s Office, Mount Vernon
Concrete Shop, Concrete
