Concussion Information

On a yearly basis, a concussion and head injury information sheet shall be signed and returned by the youth athlete and the athlete's parent and/or guardian prior to the youth athlete's initiating practice or competition.

ALL participants Ages 17 & under must sign the concusion information sheet once per year (i.e. September through August) in order to participate in Skagit County Parks & Recreation programs.

  • Indoor Sports are now allowed under Phase 3. Skagit County Parks & Recreation is currently working on locating and securing gym space and will update program information here once suitable space is made available.

    COVID-19 Information:

    With WIAA High School Basketball to begin on April 26th, we are hopeful to have updated guidelines from the state of Washington for Recreation basketball games to begin around that time, as well.

    Mount Vernon Invitational (Girls H.S. JV/Varsity + M.S. 7th/8th) – June 26th-27th
    2021 Spring Boys & Girls Basketball Games (4th-8th Grades) – Available April 24th to June 12th
    2021 Tiger Basketball

    Sultan 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament (1st Grade & Above) – August 7th
