Notice of Call for Bids: Maintenance Material-4/1/2026-3/31/2027
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids for maintenance materials (liquid asphalt, gravel products, rock products, specialty and mixed asphalt products, and concrete products) with annual purchases expected to exceed $25,000. Sealed bid envelopes must be clearly marked on the outside, “Call for Bids for Maintenance Materials, to be opened at 11:45 a.m., January 20, 2026”. Sealed bid envelopes must be delivered to the office of the Skagit County Commissioners, prior to bid opening time. Bids may be mailed to: Mailing Address: Skagit County Commissioners The bid opening is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at 11:45 a.m., or as soon thereafter as possible. All technical questions regarding Maintenance Materials are to be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m., Thursday, January 8, 2026 in writing to Jason Bloodgood, ER&R Manager, or by e-mail jasonb@co.skagit.wa.us with the subject line reading, “Maintenance Materials 2026”. All project specific questions and response to answers for Maintenance Materials will be available on-line as received. All Addenda will be posted on-line for this Project by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, January 12, 2026. If further Addenda are required to be issued, the bid opening will be postponed.
