Invitation to Bid: Hilt Creek Falls Park Site Development
Closing Date: 8/11/26 Description: Skagit County Parks Department is requesting bid proposals for a prevailing wage project job to supply all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to construct a gravel access road, parking, concrete pad, and associated stormwater system improvements. All work performed under this contract shall conform to the current edition of the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction (Standard Specifications), as supplemented by the project plans, special provisions, and any addenda issued for this project. Project shall be substantially complete by October 30, 2026.
