Skagit County Laboratory Analysis Services
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
Skagit County is interested in obtaining the services of a contractor include analyzing water, soil, sediment, and/or sludge samples submitted by Skagit County staff.
BID DUE DATE AND TIME:
Monday, July 31, 2023, no later than 4:00 P.M. via email.
NOTICE TO PROCEED:
Contractor shall not commence work until notice to proceed has been given by Skagit County; this occurs after the Contract has been executed by Skagit County Board of Commissioners.
DELIVERY OF PROPOSAL:
Bids must be emailed to Emma Santana no later than 4:00 P.M. on Monday, July 31, 2023 at emmas@co.skagit.wa.us.
It is the Contractor’s responsibility to allow enough time for email delivery to occur before the designated time. Quotations delivered to other locations or received after the designated time may not be accepted. Incomplete proposals may not be considered.
