To obtain a certified copy of a marriage license, visit
the Auditor's Recording office on the second floor of the County Administration
Building in downtown Mount Vernon. A copy of the marriage license can
also be obtained by sending a check for $3.00 payable to "Skagit County
Auditor" along with the names of the married couple and the date of the
marriage on the license to:
