2022-2023 Proposed Local Court Rules

The comment period on these rules is open through June 17, 2022.  Any comments upon these rules must be received by the Superior Court Administrator by 4:00 p.m. on June 17, 2022 to be considered. 

Update: An additional rule change to SCLR 10 has been proposed by Skagit County Superior Court and can be found here. Any comment on this specific rule must be received by the Superior Court Administrator by 4:00pm on June 23, 2022 to be considered.

Additionally, any proposed rules may be submitted by Friday, May 20, 2022 to be considered by the Court.  To submit a proposed rule, please provide a cover sheet and a written proposal of the rule you are suggesting the court adopt.  Changes to current rules should be indicated by striking through (crossing out) existing language and underlining new language in the proposal.  Those proposals will be accepted through 4:00 p.m. Friday, May 20th .
