Advocacy and Information and Referral Services
Skagit County contracts with outside agencies to provide advocacy, information and referral, and emotional support.

Parent to Parent (P2P) programs offer emotional support and information about disabilities and community resources to parents who have a newborn or newly diagnosed child with a disability or special health care need.
