Stay cool in Skagit County: Cooling locations open

With temperatures in the mid 80s to lower 90s this week, area residents are encouraged to drink plenty of water and seek relief from the unusually warm weather. Shopping malls and movie theaters offer air conditioning and a cool place to take a break from the heat. In addition, the public buildings listed below are open and can be used to get a break from the daytime heat.
