Public Meeting July 26 to discuss Finney Creek Bridge repair project
Residents who regularly drive South Skagit Highway are invited to attend a public meeting July 26 and learn more about construction that could affect their commute.
Beginning in August, Skagit County Public Works contractor crews will repair and rehabilitate the driving surface of the Lower Finney Creek Bridge on South Skagit Highway. During construction, the bridge will be closed to all traffic for up to 30 days.
The construction contractor, engineers and Public Works staff will host a public meeting from 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 26, at the Concrete Community Center, 45821 Railroad Street, to share information about the project and answer questions.
