No lifeguards at Clear Lake Beach Park this summer due to budget shortfall

SKAGIT COUNTY - Due to budget shortfall Skagit County will not be providing lifeguards at Clear Lake Beach Park this summer. The park will be open for public use from 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. daily, effective June 4, 2009.
