| If you still need to pick up 2010 Fair entries: Open Class entries and ribbons can be picked up at the Skagit Parks & Recreation Office at 315 South Third Street in Mount Vernon from 9 am to 5 pm; 4-H entries can be picked up at the 4-H Office (Ph: 428-4270) .
