The mission of Skagit
County's Dispute Resolution Center is to provide for and promote peaceful
resolution of conflicts and collaborative decision making through its
Mediation, Facilitation, Training, and Community Education Programs.

Our Mediation Services Program provides residents of Skagit County with
an opportunity to resolve disputes in a non-adversarial atmosphere with
